Responses to an Information Request concerning a telephone number will include only the name and contact information of the wholesale carrier to whom that telephone number is assigned. A separate request must be sent to that carrier to obtain subscriber or other information.

CPNI Statement
In compliance with the Federal Communications Commission Order concerning Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) and the Vitcom CPNI Policy, Vitcom will not release customer information without a valid subpoena, court order, search warrant or other formal demand from an agency authorized to request such information.

Pen Register/Trap and Trace and Wire Tap Orders
As a wholesale carrier, Vitcom does not deal directly with end users. Because of this, law enforcement agencies should serve Pen Register, Trap and Trace, or Wire Tap Orders on the carrier that actually serves the end user customers. In some situations, Vitcom may be able to obtain limited Pen Register, Trap and Trace, and Wire Tap data if this data is otherwise unavailable.
